From research and wireframes to polished interfaces and responsive websites, I design products people enjoy using.
9+ years across UX, web, and visual design
ABOUT
Hello! I’m Jewell Shaw. I’m based in Raleigh, NC, and I’ve been designing for a long time — 9+ years in graphic design, 6+ years in UI/UX. People usually assume one came first and the other took over, but that’s not really how it went. I still care just as much about a logo or a brand system as I do about a wireframe or a user flow. Honestly, my favorite kind of project is the one that needs both — a brand that has to become a real product, or a product that needs an actual identity instead of a generic UI kit slapped together. I work in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, build in WordPress and Elementor, and I’m comfortable enough in HTML, CSS, and a growing amount of JavaScript and C# to design things that are realistic to actually build — not just pretty in a file.
